Charger Testing Instructions

Instructions on how to test FRC charge

NOCO 1 Bank / NOCO 3 Bank:

Unbox Charger and plug into wall power

Verify that the PWR LED lights up.

Using alligator clip attached to the battery, connect to one of the charger's banks.

Verify that each bank lights up when plugged into the battery

Repeat for number of banks.

Unplug from power and attach terminals.

Verify Terminal is Fully Seated in Housing

Plug in Charger

Verify that Power LED is lit.

Plug in Battery and verify that 1st LED is pulsing red.

Repeat for number of banks.

NOCO 4 Bank

Verify Terminal is Fully Seated in Housing

Plug in Charger

Verify that Power LED is lit.

Plug in Battery and verify that "CHARGING" LED lights up

Repeat for number of banks.

Verify Terminal is Fully Seated in Housing

Plug in Charger

Verify that screen lights up.

Plug in Battery / Battery Cable to channel A

Verify that channel A battery voltage increases and shows battery bars

Repeat for Channel B
