Specifications, charging behavior, and product link for the AndyMark NiMH/NiCad 12V FTC Battery Charger.

The AndyMark NiMH/NiCad 12V FTC Battery Charger is intended for 12 VDC NiMH and NiCad batteries. It is paired with the AM Flat Pack Battery and is compatible with other FTC batteries.
Specifications
AC input
100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.6 A
Rated output-voltage range
1.5–18 VDC
Supported NiMH battery capacity
1000–8000 mAh
Charge current for AM Flat Pack Battery (am-5290)
1.0 A, pulsed constant-current charging
The 1.5–18 VDC range is the manufacturer-rated output range. AndyMark does not have an independently verified peak-output-voltage specification for am-5473, so do not rely on a precise maximum output-voltage value.
Charging Behavior
The charger detects a full NiMH battery using negative delta-V (-dV) charge termination. It also has an 8-hour maximum-charge-time safety cutoff.

AM Flat Pack Battery Compatibility
For the AM Flat Pack Battery (am-5290)—a 10-cell, 12 V nominal, 3000 mAh NiMH pack—the am-5473 charges at 1.0 A using pulsed constant-current charging.
Post-Charge Use
AndyMark does not have a manufacturer-specified post-charge output voltage or maintenance/trickle current for this charger. Do not rely on it as a long-term float charger or as a power supply after the battery is full.
Protection Features
The charger includes short-circuit, over-current, reverse-polarity, over-temperature, and voltage protection.
